WHERE: 228 S. Wabash, Chicago, Room 210

News and Letters Committees invites you to a meeting on:

Fascism is absolute inhumanity

Stop Trump’s racist war on refugees!

One of the many demonstration against Trump’s inhuman policy of taking children from immigrants. This one was in Lombard, Ill., on June 20.

Trump’s inhumanity to immigrants and refugees–who he refers to as criminals, rapists, and gang members in an attempt to make them the “other”–has been his opening shot in his plans to establish a fascist world order. From Hitler to Milosevic, and from Putin and now Trump, racism, anti-Semitism, xenophobia, and sexism have been their modus operandi. Racism is Trump’s call to arms and will hopefully be his Achilles Heel.

Will the movement that arose in opposition to Trump’s inhumane policy of taking children from their parents at U.S. borders persist in fighting his new rules that will now throw entire families into what amounts to concentration camps?

How can we deepen the struggle to take on the roots of the racism and fascism that are growing in the U.S. and worldwide?
